Terms and Conditions
We require a $200.00 deposit to hold your puppy that you pick out. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDALBE unless I am unable to provide you with the puppy. In other words once a deposit is placed on your puppy the buyer cannot change their mind and get their deposit back.
The buyer had two business days in which to have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinary. If the Vet certifies that, at the time of sale, the puppy was unfit for purchase due to a Congenital or hereditary or life threatening disorder, the buyer has the following options:
1.The right to return the puppy, at buyers expense, and to receive a refund for the purchased price, excluding Veterinarian Cost related to the certification that the puppy is unfit. THE SELLER WILL PAY NO VET BILLS.
2. The right to return the puppy. At buyer’s expense, and to receive an exchange for a puppy of the equivalent value. In case of a puppy exchange buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses for the replacement puppy. If the seller finds the buyer is unfit to get another puppy, seller reserves the right to choose the first option.
In case the buyer’s Vet finds the puppy unfit you must notify the seller in two business days after the vet determination. A written certification of unfitness signed by the Licensed Vet is required. This must be presented to seller no later than three days after the Vet examination.
No refunds or exchanges will be made if Buyer fails to send ALL
the original registration papers and original records back to the seller along with the Vet’s signed Certification.
Puppy may not be determined unfit for sale on account of an injury sustained or illness contracted after the buyer takes possession of the puppy. Veterinary findings of internal parasites, fleas, or coccidia are not grounds for declaring the puppy unfit. Only a congenital hereditary life threating condition.
Failure to take your puppy to a Licensed Vet in two business days after the purchase of your new puppy will VOID the right to return, exchange, or get a refund for the puppy purchased.
In case of death in the first two days an autopsy (paid by the buyer) is mandatory for any exchange or refund. Cause of death needs to be traced to congenital or hereditary condition for any exchange or refund. ALL paperwork signed by the Vet needs to be sent to the seller right away. Along with any other original paper work that was given to the buyer. This is an agreement between the buyer and seller and is
non-transferable. Any dispute with the seller is to be held at the seller’s county of resident Van Zandt County.
Buyer has read and understands this contract and bill of sale. EVERY puppy comes up to date on shots and has been de-wormed.
